Masonry new build to energy efficient standards with high performance energy design and MVHR system

This client simply wanted a warm and comfortable family home.  Enhabit worked with the architect to improve the fabric performance of the basic design to close the passivhaus levels.  This was accompanied by the design of the airtightness strategy and associated toolbox-talks for the site team.

Enhabit then took on the design and specification of the heating system as well as the design, supply and installation of the MVHR system.

As the project entered its final stages, Enhabit were also on hand to conduct the airtightness testing.

Our client said:

“Enhabit helped guide us through the process of building a comfortable low-energy home from start to finish.  From working out what we wanted to achieve to designing, supplying and installing our MVHR system, they were with us every step of the way.”
