172 unit scheme with 110 certified Passivhaus units in Rayne Park, Norwich

Working directly with Hamson Barron Smith on one of the largest Passivhaus Schemes in Norwich, the Norwich team were engaged at RIBA Stage 2 to rationalise the house designs for Passivhaus suitability. From this the team were appointed by the main contractor as Passivhaus Consultants, producing the PHPP worksheets, advising on technical solutions, training and on-site delivery. We were also appointed to commission the MVHR units on site and appointed by the Client, Norwich Regeneration Limited, as Passivhaus Clerk of Works.
