Refurbishment of a 65,000 sq/ft mixed use building in the heart of Woking. This project included offices space, a new restaurant and additional residential and retail space. Due to the high glazing surface, we were appointed to advise on overheating risk using CIBSE TM52 calculations. In addition to this we also produced the SBEM calculation to demonstrate compliance with Part L2B of Building Regulations and the EPC.
