As part of the appointment by Norwich Regeneration Limited on the £400m Fabric First Framework of low energy buildings in East Anglia, the Norwich team began work on the 110-unit certified Passivhaus scheme in January 2017 as Passivhaus Clerk of Works with RG Carter, Mikhail Riches on the prestigious award winning scheme.

As part of this, the contractor also appointed us to deliver CEPT Training to key operatives to further assist with the successful delivery of Passivhaus.
